Information you share with us
If you use our contact form, we receive your name, business email, the company name if you provide it, the type of enquiry and your message. If you email us, use chat or book a call, we receive what you choose to share there.
For a project, the information we handle depends on the work we have agreed to do. We use client operational information only for that work and as set out in the project agreement.

- Reply to your enquiry and prepare for a conversation.
- Plan, deliver and support work you have asked us to do.
- Understand how the website is used and make it work better, where analytics are enabled.
- Keep appropriate business records and meet legal requirements.
Cookies and website tools
When Google Analytics is enabled, it can collect technical and usage details such as the pages visited, browser and device type, and how visitors move through the site. Our live chat and scheduling tools are optional. If you use them, the information you enter is also handled by those providers under their own privacy notices.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as expected if certain cookies or scripts are blocked.
How long we keep it
We keep information while it is useful for replying to you, delivering or supporting a project, keeping business records or meeting legal requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove details that identify you, unless we are required to keep it longer.
Your requests
You can ask us what personal information you have shared with us, or ask us to correct or delete it. In some cases we may need to keep information to meet a legal requirement or finish work you have asked us to do.
Write to connect@automologylabs.com and tell us what you need. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information by email.
How we look after information
We take care to protect business and operational information. In systems we build, that may include role-based access, limited permissions and audit trails where they make sense for the work. We agree any additional safeguards needed for a project before using the relevant data or access.
Changes to this page
If our practices change, we will update this page and its date. If a change affects an active project, we will discuss it with the project contact.
